| DIRECTION FOR USE : | The Emulsion is to be well mixed with sensitizer one day prior to use & kept Overnight in cool and dry place. In order to get uniform & even Coating layer the emulsion can be diluted with distilled water, Use 50 ml of sensitizer for 100 gm of emulsion. |
| EXPOSURE TIME : | Since Local working condition can very Considerably such in respect of light source.Temperature& Relative humidity, we recommend that you determine your ideal exposure time. |
| STORAGE : | Not sensitized # 12 to 20 months (500 – 200 C) Sensitized # 3 days when stored in cool dry place. |

PRODUCT INFORMATION
| APPLICATION : | Stripping agent for engraved screen for all mesh counts after Polymerisation of emulsion. |
| DIRECTION FOR USE : | Clean the stripping tank. If there is stripper from previous use then it an be allowed remain. Add STRIPPER Carefully, let the screens be immersed up to 20-30 min.Rinse the screens be immersed with plenty of water, degreaser screen before coating with emulsion. |
| PRECAUTION : | Protect eyes, skin, clothes & avoid inhalation (Use of mask is essential for such protection). Working area should be well ventilated. In case of any spil on the body, wash immediately with plenty of water, & take Qualified medical treatment. |

SOFTENING & STRIPPING AGENT FOR ENDRINGS
| APPLICATION : | Pour ENDRING REMOVER in a plastic bucket till the liquid level is approx. 2 cms ofEndirngs. Keep it for 10 to 20 min. & remove by jerking opens the endings. It is advisable to keep 10 – 15 endrings at a time in the bucket for about an hour. |

Cleaning & Degreasing is a very important step for the Production of a good engrave screen.
DEGREASING IS CARRIED OUT BY TWO METHODS
METHOD NO. :
Chromic acid is scrubbed for 10 – 15 – min on the Nicket Screen to be degreaaed and then the screen is hosed down with water. We do not recommend this process since it leaves an etching effect on Nickel Screen & Nickel Screen can not be used for more than 2 – 3 times. It also requires constant attention for properly carrying out the task.
METHOD NO. : 2
(APPLICATION FOR DEGREASER)
Degreaser is used in the ration 1:4 with water I.e if the tank capacity is 300 Kgs. Then 255 Kgs, Of water is poured into the tank first followed by 75 Kgs. Of DEGREASER.The screen is then immersed in the liquid for 10 min. & followed by through by washing with plenty of water & kept for drying in dust free atmosphere.
ADVANTAGES OF USING DEGREASER :
- It reduces the excess use of of PHOTO EMULSION since it has the tendency to Penetrate through the nicket screen to the inner surface so that max Photoemulsion is coated on the outer surface.
- It helps in reducing development time.
- It will not damage screens.
- Increase screen life & reuse potential.
- Reduce the pin – holes problems to a very great extent

| APPLICATION : | In case of any choke up, that clogging may occure on cylinder. During printing , it prescribes an excellent solution to remove chock-ups instantly.It is also a precleaning solution before final storing. It also elimi-nates use of Chromic acid. |

| DIRECTION OF USE : | If dilution is required then use water. Apply FLUFFIX on to rotary screen while using a brush, Dry in oven for 10 to 20 minutes at 1000C, when tackiness disappears. After long use in service, apply another coat of FLUFFIX on top the old coat. |
